“Loved every minute of this narration. The guide was helpful, filled with interesting history, information and fun facts. We would recommend really researching the dates for your trip as many roads, trails and almost all of the vendors, tours, restaurants and hotels close for the season before Oct 1. We missed this date by only a few days. We could hear on the tour guide what we WOULD have seen or experienced which was nice, but were sorry to have missed it.”

“The fact I had to pay $20 just to go in and about 800 feet in. Then there are metal bar barriers blocking you because it’s closed. you can’t even proceed the whole 2 to 4 Hour promised drive through the park. Definitely contacted Wells Fargo to make a claim and get my money back that I debited out of my account. The park should be held liable for a lot of people to get ripped off and not have to sign that it’s closed.”

“The starting point address on Viator website was incorrect so it took us a few extra minutes to get to “City Hall on your right”. Was easy to follow along and we took advantage of a few side tours - we were travelling with our dog - dogs are not permitted on the trails. I did try and search, if dogs are permitted, prior to our trip but could not find anything. Fortunately we have an EV and we could leave the AC in our car on, for the dog, while we took a couple of 10-15 minute strolls along certain board walks/trails. The info was interesting and we learned…”
