“Our ItalianPass guide was late at the meeting point. She looked at our vouchers, left and came back with old fashioned paper tickets and told us to get in the security line with everyone else. We waited in line for over 30 minutes. I actually think we waited longer AND paid an extra 40€ for a worse experience than making the reservation on our own. Don’t do this “tour.” You can figure it out without Viator.”

“I wish I had allotted more time but was thrilled to see the Botticelli Spring and Birth of Venus. NOTE: if you have ANY difficulty with stairs, make sure you get directions to the elevator because getting to the second floor involves 4 VERY LONG stair sets. I had to rest twice on the way up. Also, I got the impression that guides positioned around the Uffizi either didn’t like their jobs or didn’t like English speaking guests. But the artwork is stunning.”

“The tour was a disaster from beginning to end. First, the area where you are required to meet and wait for the tour did not have sufficient seating. Second, the audio equipment which allows you to hear the tour guide did not operate well. At times it had lots of static and at times there was no sound at all. The tour guide also did not enunciate well in English which made the difficulty hearing and understanding even worse. I requested a partial refund and was denied. While I was promised a call form the owner, that never happened. Stay away from this particular vendor.”
