Old Riga Heated E-Bus Tour with Audio Guide & Mulled Wine

2.Old Riga Heated E-Bus Tour with Audio Guide & Mulled Wine

★★★★★★★★★★3.9 · 50 reviews · 30 min · from $8

Ride through Old Riga for 30 minutes in a heated electric bus with an English audio guide and a driver who knows the city well. You will pass major Old Town sights, hear basic historical context, and have time for photos if the driver can stop. A welcome drink, blankets, and winter mulled wine in limited quantities are included.

“Tour path itself (via city center) was good and we seen interesting places and buildings. However, the information we got about the places was mostly basic and obvious, e.g. we seen the castle and got information that president lives there, but no information about who is the president, what political system they have, what taxes they pay, how school system works or some curiosities or interesting non comonly known local stories. Compering to tours in other cities, this was below average. But considering the price, if you do not have too high expectations, could be ok.”

“The starting point is in a very congested shopping mall. Very hard to get out. The Hemley Cider place is closed indefinitely. No tastings. Wasted 30 minutes in there. The restaurant recommended by the host in Locke Al the Wops was not good for lunch. Husband got Fish & Chips, I got a burger. Nothing special. We could not finish the tour. That is as far as we got. Allow at least an hour more.”
