“All this booking procured us was tickets. No guidance, printed or electronic, nor materials. A person walked us to the entrance line and had us pull up the electronic tickets they texted us. That was it. Electronic directions and texted directions were to two different places and neither were the entrance. I would suggest a self guide that provides audio for a self guided tour. I saw many people with that and it would have been great!”
