“The voucher is for tickets valid from 8:30 to 6:00 pm with a 10:30 time to enter the Nasrid palaces. We picked up the tickets at Granavision at 9:15. After several attempts to download the audio guide on our phones we we were unable to do so. Eventually we were offered the hardware for the audio guides. We were told the guides had to be returned by 12:00 pm. After quite a lot of pleading we were given until 13:30 to return the guides. This was not enough time to tour the Alhambra. We had to cut our tour short to return the guides. Why is the ticket valid until…”
